The origin of our brand

Jack first found employment in Scotland in the construction industry upon his arrival in the early 2000s. He was quickly promoted to foreman as a result of his clearly demonstrated administrative capabilities. Through his experience with large-scale projects, he gained a solid grounding in various trades. It wasn’t long until Jack became an expert in his field and established his own home renovation company, Poldecor, after qualifying as a painter and decorator.

Throughout the years, a small local firm expanded into a conglomerate of construction firms known as the A1 organisation. The company offered a wide variety of construction and remodelling services, such as shop fittings, loft conversions, and additions. Sadly, the pandemic forced Jack to close the business. Despite his best efforts to adapt and survive during these challenging times, the impact of the pandemic on his business was too severe.

Eventually, Jack joined forces with his brothers and nephew Daniel to form a multi-generation family company: Jack & Daniel Kitchen Makeovers, known also as Jack & Daniel Sprayers. Together, they have built a reputation for quality work and excellent customer service in the industry. Their dedication to perfection has led J&D to become a trusted name in kitchen makeovers throughout Scotland.
